George asks…Painful/itching pimple on buttocks crack?I have a relatively large pimple on my buttocks crack towards my tailbone. It itches terribly, if you go to scratch it, it shoots a horrible feeling of pain in that general area. I am so sick of it that I am trying to pop it, when I squeeze it
