William asks…Does acne during pregnancy means girl?Does acne during pregnancy means girl? I heard if you are breaking out (body & face), you'll be having a girl because she's "taking all youre beauty away." Is this true? Has anyone else endured acne & felt uglier but ended up with a boy?
